Thanks for the ideas Margarita. After looking over the pages in our text that Gail referred us to for the objectives, I added standing up on tip toes to my activity. I could definately have them go up on their toes when I mention ballerinas.

- Hi, my name is Lauren Chandler. I have been a stay at home mom for three years now. Prior to that, I was School Library Media Coordinator for a private school in North Carolina. The school serves children ranging from infants through 8th graders. I worked with a very diverse group of teachers, well educated parents and wonderful children. As part of my position there, I also organized and coached a Battle of the Books team consisting of students and parent/teacher volunteers. With my MLS from Rutgers University, I am now considering teacher certification. I also have about 5 years experience working in public libraries.
