About Me:
Hi, my name is Lauren Chandler. I have been a stay at home mom for three years now. Prior to that, I was School Library Media Coordinator for a private school in North Carolina. The school serves children ranging from infants through 8th graders. I worked with a very diverse group of teachers, well educated parents and wonderful children. As part of my position there, I also organized and coached a Battle of the Books team consisting of students and parent/teacher volunteers. With my MLS from Rutgers University, I am now considering teacher certification. I also have about 5 years experience working in public libraries.
